| Along the red wall, there are newly sprouted Scarlet Runner Beans; on the patio side, I planted chard which I got to eat fresh a couple of times per week for the first half of our summer (mm mmm!). The raised pot has a baby red pepper plant -- this is the first time I've ever had a hope of growing a pepper as I've never had enough sun before. Lastly, the spiky looking reeds in the distant planter are leeks :-) |
